Solidarity among neighbours: offer and ask for help through the Mediterraneo APP and Website

We present you a new functionality of the APP and the website of Mediterraneo Fincas. This is a new section called My Neighbours and was born out of the need to help and be helped among neighbours in times of the coronavirus pandemic.

The difficulty of doing the shopping or taking out the garbage of people in a situation of vulnerability are some of the problems that you have raised with us during the state of alarm. From Mediterraneo we want to offer you a virtual meeting point where you can ask and / or offer help to these people or all those who need it at a given time.

How does “My Neighbours” work?

The person who needs help writes the message on the platform and it will be read by all registered owners, but the answers are private and will only reach the person who has written it. In this way, we avoid saturating the Community with conversations between neighbours and ensure the privacy of the participants.

"My Neighbours" is now available on Android mobiles and in the private area of the Mediterraneo website. It will soon be available for Apple devices.

How can I use it?

On the APP or your Computer

    1. Access your Private Area on the Website or open the APP. You can download it here.

    2. Select My Neighbours.

    3. Write a message to your Community offering or asking for help.

Start NOW using My Neighbors as a help point among owners. Because a real Community of Neighbors can only be understood when all members are able to collaborate with each other. Now and in the future, solidarity must be more present than ever.
