Mediterráneo is the first integral operator in Spain. With more than 60 years of history, our main motivation is to offer quality solutions to our customers and their properties. Currently Mediterráneo manages, through its network of 30 offices, with main presence in Madrid, Levante and Costa del Sol, more than 5,000 communities, serves more than 150,000 owners, and manages a total of 200,000 real estate assets scattered throughout the national geography.

  • 1964

    The Service of Administration of Properties' is created

    In Benidorm, the Service of Administration of Foreign Properties is created to attend the administration of communities of owners by the Caja de Ahorros del Sureste. The strong growth of tourism and the entry of foreigners required a specialized service and ability to serve in different languages.

  • 1983

    Expansion

    We have become a leader in the sector due to the volume of properties managed, with approximately 700 communities of owners and more than 40,000 real estate assets under our management. We serve numerous towns on the Mediterranean Coast. Alicante, Torrevieja, Cartagena among others.

  • 1994

    Development and growth

    The company, in continuous evolution and growth, progressively expanded its business areas, from the administration of communities of owners to salary management, social insurance, accounting and insurance intermediation. New offices are opened on the Alicante coast and professionals of different nationalities are incorporated.

  • 2009

    Expanding the business

    The incorporation in 2009 of the Administrative management of rented properties, and the launch of its specialized area, due to the critical mass reached, notably broad typology of Mediterranean clients, incorporating large asset owners and real estate investors as institutional clients of the company.

  • 2010

    The entry of a new investor

    The entry of a new investor implied very relevant changes in the structure and goals of the company, accompanied by a strong investment in technology as well as the incorporation of professionals specialized in the development of the different service lines. The new strategic plan places customer service at the heart of all actions.

  • 2014

    Anniversary beats records

    It has been 50 years since the founding, beating business records in terms of the number of employees and the number of assets managed. After the worst economic crisis that present-day Spain has experienced, Mediterráneo has been greatly strengthened thanks to the commitment of its teams and the loyalty of our clients.

  • 2017

    Creation of the MiServ Services Platform

    After the accumulated experience of working with more than 4,000 professional service providers, the Mediterráneo purchasing department creates a web platform that puts service professionals in contact with individuals and companies that require actions on real estate assets.

  • 2018

    New business dimension - Mediterráneo Homes

    Constantly evolving and addressing the needs of existing clients, Mediterráneo Homes has emerged to offer professional and reliable real estate services through our network of 30 locations. We have all types of properties: new construction, existing homes, unique projects and more.

  • 2019

    New business division - SecurME

    Continuing with our commitment to provide comprehensive services, we have created SecurME, an insurance brokerage specialized in protecting homes and communities against any problem. Working with the best insurance companies allows us to offer policies tailored to the needs of the applicant

  • 2022

    Corpfin Capital becomes an investor

    Corpfin Capital joins the shareholder group with the goal of accelerating growth and promoting consolidation in the sector. Along with this new partner, we embark on an exciting journey of business consolidation and excellence in service.

To date, at Mediterráneo Fincas we manage more than 5,000 owner communities through our 30 offices.

Mediterráneo was created in 1964 with a limited number of administrators, which gradually stood out from the crowd on account of the professional, customised service offered; furthermore, it invested in technology and processes, offering owners information in real time, with no need for calls, waits or uncertainty.

Over the years, Mediterráneo's property administrators have adapted to the needs of each individual; more training and tools ensure efficiency and transparency at all times.

At Mediterráneo, we are not content with homeowners' associations placing their trust in just one administrator; an entire team of professionals offers their support, contributing their experience and, given our size, guaranteeing the peace of mind of our homeowners' associations.

Today, as we manage over 5,000 buildings, we enhance the added value of homeowners' associations by means of agreements that involve improvements or new services at no additional cost, often increasing the value of properties.

Thanks to the trust placed in us by more than 150,000 homeowners and after more than 60,000 neighbours' meetings during this time, we are still keen to innovate, now as the largest property administrator in Spain.
