The management firm for homeowners' associations presented its new image at a convention and set out its strategic plan based on intelligent growth that reinforces its current leadership.
With a professional track record stretching back nearly five decades, Mediterráneo, a company specialising in the management of homeowners' associations, is undertaking a new stage of growth and expansion this year, with the support of the investment group Next Capital. The aim of this project is to position Mediterráneo as one of the leading companies in its sector.
At the event held in the auditorium of Fundesem, attended by close to a hundred professionals, there were speeches by Pedro Manzano, Managing Director of Mediterráneo, Andrés Castejón, Assistant Managing Director, Manuel Gómez del Río, CEO, and Jesús Vicente, Chairman of the Board of Directors. At this event, presented by José Ferrándiz, Head of Communication, there were also speeches given by Antonio Piñero and Lucía de la Vega, Managing Director and Director of Strategy at Imaginarte, the agency responsible for shaping a new image and communication style for Mediterráneo.
